The first few posts by a new poster don't appear right away, they need to be approved first. If someone wasn't aware of that, they might either submit a post multiple times or give up and move on thinking nothing will show up.
Hopefully the OP will return. At 4 weeks, she's got her hands full and I hope she will take the time to come back and learn.
