No clue .. I have never had to use it. They send packets home with their surgical patients, but I have always found a way to get it off without it being a problem. I am sure if you google, you can find a website for them.
I am surprised it stuck like that...and for three weeks? I would think bathing would have removed it. I would probably call the vet and ask about it.
