I am a breeder, and my last litter had one puppy that was way too small. The mom rejected her, so I raised her by hand. By the way,she is seven weeks old and very healthy today! I have been feeding her the perkilak formula mixed with one egg and a couple tablespoons of pedialyte. We started her on hard dogfood a few days ago. I have found the best way to do it is soak it in water overnight, and then mix it with a tiny bit of formula when i feed it to her. she has done very well and is now back with her litter mates.
It is terrible that the breeder let the puppies go at 4 weeks. But whats done is done, and you can keep that puppy alive! And turn that breeder in if possible.
