It's absolutely better that you get those rotting teeth out. You wouldn't keep lose, rotting adult teeth in your mouth, right? It's the same for dogs. Dental care is so much more important than most dog owners realize. Going under anesthesia is extremely low risk. You risk more by leaving the nasty teeth in their mouth.
