I'm sorry...I overlooked that. She may just be over sensitive. I have a foster like that....she screamed blue bloody murder one day a week after surgery on her pelvis. I really did not think it was her until I had her spayed much later and she did the same thing a few days after. I have never had a pup carry on like she did. I think some have a lower tolerance...BUT I too would be concerned and if it continues I would suggest going back to the vet.
