All I heard was how much I was going to miss my job! What in the world was I going to do with all that time???? I can always come back part time or as a volunteer, if I get bored....and they were all absolutely positive certain I was going to get bored! "Boredom" is not a word that has ever been in my vocabulary!! I can sit and watch paint peel or grass grow, and have a wonderful time doing it, especially surrounded by my babies! If I had known how much I was going to enjoy retirement, I would have worked double time and retired at 40 ....or as soon as I could have possibly afforded to do so!!!! I am thrilled you too are a HAPPY RETIREE!!! It is a wonderful, wonderful stage in life!
