Instead of freeze dried raw, have you tried progressing to raw frozen? That's what I feed, and it does come in chicken (if that's what she is liking) and other flavors too. Perhaps she is telling you she prefers the PMR diet (Prey Model Raw)...?
Also, have you tried moistening the freeze dried with either water or low sodium broth? Also, try sprinkling Parmesan Cheese on it - it's nice and pungent and is often very enticing to dogs.
