Just a thought, is there any way she could have eaten sugar alcohol (splenda, xylitol)? I eat sugar free candy and atkins bars and I have to be extremely vigilant to make sure the pups don't get ahold of any of it. It is in so many things. I read somewhere that as much as 1 milligram can be lethal for dogs. I am praying that she pulls through this and today brings you happy news.
