DYK that I actually tried this a few week ago when I was mailing a ring back to Lea Sophia and didn't feel like paying the $5.20 to ship flat rate. Well it worked but only after it came back to me for insufficient funds. I need to add an additional .19 for them to accept it. I doubt that that little ring inside an envelope, inside another envelope and tapes with shipping tape was more than 13oz. So I added another .44 stamp and sent it on its way.
I was being cheap and more curious to see if it would ship and it worked but you need at least 2 stamps !
