A public forum is like Twitter - every news organization reports the same story over and over for pages and then everyone who wants to gets their say and anything important is repeated over and over and over. It's not meant to anger or irritate - that's just the way it is. Repeating reasonable truth as one knows it or sound facts as they see them usually isn't offensive to most people and those new to a thread who haven't read it from the first can still pick up on something they maybe needed to know.
