I agree with the others. It sounds like yeast, but you need to have a vet diagnose this to be sure, because they will need to give you a prescription medicine to treat it. For an ear cleaner, we use Zymox (
Zymox® Ear Cleanser) because it is a drying ear cleaner. We apply it weekly after Bella's bath to help dry out her ears, but it's safe to use twice weekly.
