Interesting. Ya, because of the raised bump, it makes me think that it isn't Ringworm as well.

We're leaving it for now and treating it with home remedy's. It doesn't seem to bother her other than scratching her neck every so often. We can't afford a $900 vet bill to get it removed right now.
It could be just a skin issue that doesn't effect her I guess. Let's hope it stays that way.
