It's only in the white part, and she hasn't tried to scratch/rub her face since her first grooming session. I wonder if she irrittated her eyes while doing that a week ago, though I've been keeping a really close eye on her and it wasn't until today that I noticed that red vein.
Anyway, thanks for the extra information. If anything more shows up I'll take her with the specialist.
