We're not on here to scare anyone but to get help, share stories and learn, teach if we have anything to share. There are way more owners of healthy dogs as members this forum than ones posting of their sickly or unhealthy ones but it's those of us who need guidance, more information or want to share our fears/need support about our sick dog naturally post more. I'd try not to worry - chances are if you buy from a reputable, respected breeder you will get a healthy dog. And because of this forum, we can all raise and care for our dogs far more responsibly than we ever could without it.
