I jogged/walked 4 miles yesterday and 3 miles today. And did a bunch of sit ups. I have been doing really good not nibbling on junk food and eating healthy.
I am terrible at nights too. I just want to eat everything in the house. I am trying to grab for apples, oranges or pickles instead of crackers or chips now though.
