Tibbe's head-rubbing was worse when he first awoke, before going outside while I was opening the doors, getting into a coat or jacket and upon coming back in, whenever he arose from a nap or lying down position or anytime he accompanied me to the restroom, oddly enough. Then he began to wallow and scratch his back on rugs, couches, the grass outside, anything rough-surfaced. I thought it was just odd habits until I began to learn about liver shunt and MVD symptoms and then I realized he seemed to fit the bill on more than the head-rubbing. Scary! I'm glad you will have her checked by the vet if it doesn't change.
