Sorry that was confusing...I should've said "mixer"...I tend to interchange mixer and blender. I think it works better if the mixture is slightly chilled beforehand...and the mixer should be on low. I had mine on high, which maybe warmed it up too much...? I dunno. I'll try again soon.
