After last night's episode, I am confused about Joffrey's death. If the poison was in one of the stone's of Sansa's necklace, who got the stone and put the stone into Joffrey's drink and when? Also, how did they know *only* Joffrey would drink from that portion of wine? Clearly, the Tyrel's were involved w/ Little Finger on this, but I'm still confused.
