I don't think he is going to be tiny. Both his parents are 5 to 5 1/2 lbs.
By the way - just for your education, we don't call our tiny ones tea cups. That is an expression that has been picked up I guess by pictures of tiny ones in cups etc. For the Serious breeder they are just small or tiny ones.
By weight we would consider them under 4 lbs. at adulthood. Growing to 5 lbs. is a good weight. Sometimes the smaller ones can have problems, or if they do get sick can succumb to disease much quicker then a 5 or 6 lbs. yorkie. You have to be on guard all the time when you own a dog under 4 lbs.
