No no. Not my intent to say that. Just that to get FSS registration with the AKC there may need to be additional testing for non-btra litters.

That's just what I have read. There can always be non-akc registered biewers. Just as there are non registered yorkies.

Were I to pay primo bucks for one though, I'd want a FSS litter - just like I prefer to have an akc registered Yorkie.
