As for your other baby, I'm sure you already know this, but she won't be fully protected until she's had her full series of vaccines. You need to clean everything in your house where she could come in contact with Parvo with bleach or some other disinfectant labeled for Parvo. Also treat the ground outside if your puppy was out there. I know you said you gave the vaccine yourself, but you need to be very careful about where you buy them. It's not always about giving the vaccine wrong. If they haven't been stored properly at the correct temperature prior to you buying them, they're worthless. Yes thanks believe it or not we sprayed my husband and I, 1acre this morning with bleach all grass, patio, crates, everything I don't care if the grass dies I just don't want my other yorkies getting the disease. I will not be letting any of my dogs to the backyard for a while I'll be taking them in the front yard just to be careful. I have cleaned the whole house inch by inch with Clorox today my husband says I look like I have OCD but I'm just taking all the nessasary precautions.
