Okay, last night I prepped a ton of veggies and stuck it all in my crockpot overnight. I now have a week's worth of soup. I added boneless skinless chicken breast cubed up for protein. And I weighed myself this morning....204.1 lbs. That tells me I have been losing without really trying, so I'm excited to see what happens when I actually try. Lol.
Oh. Planet fitness....STILL not open! Omg. So annoying. First it was set to open April 17. Then they said "early may" and now they said "hoping to open sometime around mid-May". Hopeless. I've gone and joined another gym for a month-long membership. I can't just exercise outside BC my allergies are terrible. |
