Hello all - my vet has given me some generic recipes that she googled for homecooking. My dog has liver disease and he has been eating the Purina NF for a few months. His symptoms are getting worse and now she suggests that I home cook. I don't mind doing this but thought I'd come to you guys for assistance with some better recipes. I know you all know what your talking about and all I know really is he needs a vegetable based or dairy based proteins. The ones I have all for cottage cheese, tofu and rice bone meal, chicken fat that sort of thing. Just want to see what you guys actually use and how you make your food if you dog has HE.
