Did he recently get the kennel cough vaccine? If yes, this is likely kennel cough itself, which they can contract from the vaccine. You need to go to the vet for kennel cough bc you needs meds...the worst thing about kennel cough is that you don't want it progressing to pneumonia, which can kill a young puppy.
