So....a little birdie might or might not have told me to expect my proposal in about 10 days...and my friend Giselle who is a photographer in San Antonio just so happens to be coming to town around that time....SO. I am taki.g that as my cue and I'm going to be bad and do a crazy diet to lose as much weight as I can in 10 days, lol. Knowing fully well I will probably gain a good bit of this back, but as I know there will be pictures I want to look my best. I am going to try the cabbage soup diet. Don't know if it actually works but it is low-cal and I love soup anyways so why not?? I'll be doing a variation on
this recipe using all fresh ingredients. And working out like crazy. Lol. I have never done one of these "crash/fad diets" before bc I know its not...optimal. Of course I knew a proposal was coming so I shouldve been doing it the more healthy way..and I really have been counting calories and being good for months now, but I have splurged on alcohol a few times and went out to eat a few times. Will let yall know how I fare on the cabbage soup diet.
