Surely at that camp the dogs are not left in groups together for 12 hours. I'd assumed they would be in individual cages during that time. If they are out with other dogs, that is a for-dead-sure I wouldn't leave my dog there. A fight, an attack, one dog bullying and endlessly pestering another dog by trying to mount or lick its ears - anything could happen with strange dogs not used to one another left together. They could even gang up on one weaker or hurt dog. Never ever would I do that.
