Teach a "No" command and then add "quiet". I always teach a "No" command early, this is the only command that I might raise my voice with. Its best to get the dog to do or stop doing the action well first, then ad the command word and hand signal. Always train Voice and Hand signal as this will come in handy many times and if dog should go deaf with age they will still understand 100%


Done properly a "No" command should freeze the dogs action and can help with training other commands
