How old is Darla? There are many things that can cause the ears to flop, namely teething. Taping might or might not help. Same with massage. Tipping the ears (trimming hair 1/3 to 2/3 of the way down the flap) may help, taking the weight of hair off of the ears.
Some Yorkies' ears never stand up. Although it is not the standard, they are still extra cute.
