Both of them can be used in front seat or backseat … just concerned about tether strap on Animal matters one.. it is a strap that threads through to the back and just clips together..

Snoozer seems like might be more stable because it is a tether that has a loop that you thread seatbelt through .. in an accident seatbelt will hold better through a tether loop don't you think?
