The reason she is bitting is because she should still be with her mom, small breed puppies develope slower then large breeds and the mothers are still teaching them thing up to 12 weeks. She should not go anywhere like a park or pet store until a week or two after she has had all of her shots. I would also look into pet insurance because it sounds like you may not have gotten her from a great breeder so you want to make sure you get a plan that covers genetic illnesses like luxating patella. With my yorkie the only thing that worked was a squirt bottle of water. Puppies don't come potty trained and yorkies can be stubborn and take a long time to potty train so it will be hard work. It would be very scary to go from being with your siblings and mom to just an empty room with no one she would be better off in a crate where she can see you. She may cry at first but if you only take her out to potty then put her back she will get used to it.
