Hi and WELCOME! Congrats on your new kiddo. She will act with her teeth quite a bit as a puppy, it's just natural. You're doing the right thing...just redirect her and put a toy in place of your hand; you can also turn her head away from you and just say "No"...never punish her though, dogs don't really understand punishment and it usually just results in worse behavior bc they're so confused by it.
As for being alone, that too will come only w/ time and trials.
