10 weeks old is still quite young, and the ears may very well stand on their own without any taping. We never taped Bella's ears, and they were standing by the time she finished teething and was 6 months old. Breathe-Rite strips have been used in other dog breeds following ear-cropping surgery (you can google it for details), but for a baby Yorkie, I'd be concerned about them falling out and the Yorkie swallowing them, plus some of the protocols call for glueing the strips on, and that's not something I'd recommend. In my opinion, Yorkies are cute whether the ears stand or flop.
