Default Also new puppy owner 8 weeks old. Help

I have an 8 week old runt of the litter female shorkie. She's definitely behind in the developing scheme of things and doesn't understand what potting outside means. Or what NO means when she gets real hyper when playing with her and goes for me with those tiny teeth lol. I know she's such a little baby right now and don't want to punish her to make her scared so what can i do to still let her know that its not okay to bite me? She has toys and i try and distract her with them but then ill go up on the bed where she can't reach me and then within 5 min she will be asleep! Haha I want to interact with her and she sleeps a lotttttt.
Any tips out there for me? Im a new dog owner and never raised a pup on my own just kinda using my motherly instincts. and also i have a small addict space within my room that i got finished out into a little room with drywall and nice wood floors so that could be her room she sleeps in only...she hates it and whines... i can't stand her whining so i put her in bed with me. Any tips on how to get her used to being alone???
