We don't have our pup yet but went by a groomers that wife knew the owner of. We just went in and looked around, the owner was not there but two employees were working on dogs. I liked the set up behind the counter, they used cool air cage dryers and hand finished. The big thing I did not like was all the holding cages/crates were in front in the customer area on both sides so people coming in and their dogs could do whatever they wanted to your pup. The cages could not be seen by employees until they stopped work and came to counter.
If we decide on this groomer we will insist our dog be kept behind counter. Don't like exposing our dogs to unknown people/dogs for health and other reasons |
