He sounds too ill for your to manage and likely needs help right away to prevent his suffering any more. If you cannot get something like Care Credit, family/friend loan or sell things such as computers, phones, jewelry, TV, cameras, etc., to get him immediate help, you could probably surrender him to a rescue organization through the vet's office in order to get your baby some badly needed help now before he suffers any more. This poor baby needs care immediately and you are the one who needs to act to see that he gets it, whatever it takes.
