Thanks! It's McCall's Crafts Pattern #M6455, Sapphire is around 8 pounds, and the Small is snug on her. I think you'll have to reduce it a bit more to fit Cali. I also added an extra piece of Velcro not called for on the pattern (I think someone forgot to put it in there, lol)
