You could make a liver broth, and see if she is interested in her prior food with the broth overtop. You can try a little parmesan cheese grated over her food.

You could mix in the hotdogs with healthier food to see if that entices her appetite.

You could also consider healthier "hotdogs", here we have turkey hotdogs and chicken hot dogs.....

Finally you could try home cooking for her.
