Default Does anyone feed Solid Gold dry?

Hi there.. My little one is not a picky eater but she seems to have a sensitive stomach. She has been eating Earthborn but I've become leary of it as even though it is "holistic" when you read the full ingredients there are things that I cannot even pronounce. That's frightening.

I'm looking at Solid Gold Hundchen Flocken:
Ideal for growing small and medium breed puppies, to maintain total health.
Protein, Min 28%
Fat, Min 14%
Fiber, Max 4%
Moisture, Max 10%
Calories per cup, 370
Lamb, Lamb Meal, Ocean Fish Meal, Brown Rice, Peas, Cracked Pearled Barley, Pea Protein, Canola Oil (preserved with mixed tocopherols), Rice Bran, Tomato Pomace, Flaxseed, Dried Eggs, Natural Flavor, Salt, Choline Chloride, dl-methionine, Salmon Oil (source of DHA), Potassium Chloride, Taurine, Dried Chicory Root, Parsley Flakes, Spearmint, Almond Oil (preserved with mixed tocopherols), Sesame Oil (preserved by mixed tocopherols), Yucca Schidigera Extract, Kelp, Thyme, Blueberries, Cranberries, Apples, Lentils, Quinoa, Vitamin A Supplement, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Vitamin E Supplement, Zinc Sulfate, Ferrous Sulfate, Niacin, Calcium Panthothenate, Riboflavin, Copper Sulfate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (vitamin B6), Thiamine Mononitrate, Manganese Sulfate, Zinc Proteinate (a chelated source of zinc), Manganese Proteinate, Copper Proteinate (a chelated source of copper), Calcium Iodate, Cobalt Carbonate, Folic Acid, Sodium Selenite, Biotin, Vitamin B12 Supplement, Rosemary Extract

Wondering if lamb would be the best or better to go the chicken route with the Solid Gold Sun Dancer:
Sun Dancer is a chicken based, grain and gluten free dry dog food with a moderate protein and fat content. Sun Dancer includes three exciting new ingredients; tapioca, chia seed, and fructooligosaccharide (FOS).
Tapioca is derived from a gluten free root vegetable and is an excellent source of starch which is vital to the production of dry pet foods.
Chia seed is an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids and has a naturally balanced ratio between omega 3 and 6. Chia is also full of protein, vitamins, and minerals.
Fructooligosaccharide (FOS) is a prebiotic, which can help improve overall digestive health.
Sun Dancer was formulated to fill the gap between foods like Hund-n-Flocken and WolfKing and Barking at the Moon. Its 30% protein content makes it a perfect choice for customers who would prefer more protein than our regular adult foods but not as much as Barking at the Moon.
Palatability and digestibility studies have shown Sun Dancer to be one of the most palatable and digestible foods in the Solid Gold line and against key competitors.
Crude Protein 30%
Crude Fat 14%
Crude Fiber 4%
Moisture 10%
350 kcal/cup
Chicken, Chicken Meal, Tapioca, Peas, Whitefish Meal, Quinoa, Potatoes, Canola Oil, Tomato Pomace, Sweet Potato, Chia Seed, Natural Flavor, Dried Eggs, Flaxseed, Dried Cranberries, Dried Pumpkin, Dried Carrots, Dried Apples, Salt, Calcium Carbonate, Fructooligosaccharide (FOS), Salmon Oil (source of DHA), Taurine, Vitamin E Supplement, Zinc Sulfate, Ferrous Sulfate, Niacin Supplement, L-Ascorbyl-2-Polyphosphate, Copper Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Calcium Panthothenate, Vitamin A Supplement, Choline Chloride, Manganous Oxide, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Sodium Selenite, Riboflavin Supplement, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Biotin, Vitamin B12 Supplement, Calcium Iodate, Folic Acid, Rosemary Extract, Turmeric

Altho it is troublesome that choline chloride is a salt derivative typically given chickens to promote growth.

Anyone?
