I could be a verity of things. At first I though her mucus plus was thinning but that does not show as "puss" like fluids. Plus if she is pregnant it is too soon for her mucus plug to be thinning. If she does have a UTI and it goes untreated it could result in a very painful whelping. Some infections can be passed onto the pups as they pass during whelping so this is something you do not want to be lax with. I would suggest taking her to your regular vet first chance you get.
