welcome to YT, yorkies are a energetic, hyper breed, jumping off you, not wanting to beheld, for a 10 week old baby is not uncommon. She is new to the world, wants to run and play,do not worry about naps, she will sleep when she is tired. The not responding to noise, is a concern to me. I have had many puppies that have always responded to noise. I cannot offer help on this, teary eyes, again, none of my pups went through this.
