Hi welcome to Yorkietalk... Your boyfriend may not have known she was a little too young, but he seems like a sweetheart. My guy would never get me a puppy. LOL He has warmed up to Charlie over the years, but he wasn't raised to really respect animals (sad I know)... But I think I am turning that around... I know pets shouldn't be treated as "gifts" but he looks like he found his self a good mama anyway.. You'll find all the information you need on these sweet little dogs here, for sure.
