Thank you all for the words of encouragement. I did get a hold of the lady who sold my bf the dog. She told me that she doesn't consider herself a breeder but that her two Yorkies did mate. This was her first litter of which only 3 were born. She also told me due to her not being a professional, she kept one of the puppies, gave the other to her mom and my bf was actually referred to her by his coworker who is her son. She did warn me about hypoglycemia and other things and said she was open to me to come visit the parents. Due to this not being a intentional mating, my baby was only sold for 150.00 and she don't plan on mating them in the future due to her own lack of knowledge for breeding. We'll see. |
