Welcome. I got Gizmo when he was 8 weeks. I stayed home with him for two weeks. Even though they need to stay with their mom until at least 12 weeks, he is a great dog and a fast learner. Not knowing any better, I split his crate into his bed and his restroom. I put his blanket on one side and his pee pad on the other. He took to the pee pad instantly and never went on his blanket. Did I mention he's very smart. He didn't eat very much the first few days so I had to hand feed him which I still have to once in a while. He will look at me and his food then back at me as if he's saying "hello, do you expect me to eat by myself". LOL!
