And with the cataract removal, the eye surgeon usually will replace your cataracts with prescription lens implants that will correct whatever routine vision problems you have. I always had to wear glasses to drive or watch TV due to being near-sighted but after cataract/lens implant surgery bilaterally, I now can see to do both without the need of glasses!!!
