I got my very first yorkie (25 years ago) at 8 weeks of age from a pet store....you can't get much worse than that lol. But she did fine and turned out to be an amazing dog.
While I wouldn't suggest anyone get a yorkie that young it is and can be done successfully......like others have said, just keep an eye on her for any hypoglycemia issues. Don't let her jump off of the couch, bed etc because she could hurt her legs (my first girl jumped off my very low bed onto a carpeted floor and sprained her leg). Don't take her to pet stores or anywhere else she could pick up an illness until she is bigger and finished her shots.
