Sad Pregnant yorkie not eating

Hi, I'm new to this forum and not very good with computers. My yorkie, Baby, is 6.5 weeks pregnant and not showing much. She has had a poor appetite for most of the pregnancy and now she hasn't eaten for over a full day. At week 4, she started spotting and the vet tested her for brucellosis and did an ultrasound to see if she had pyometra. She was neg. for brucellosis and did not have pyometra. She was placed on antibiotics and the spotting stopped. The vet could not tell if she was pregnant from the ultrasound, but said the uterus appeared enlarged.

My question is, should I take her back to the vet since she's not eating. She also seems very tired, but being pregnant, wouldn't she be tired? I was planning on taking her back at around 8 weeks for a final check before whelping. Any thoughts? Thanks.
