About 2 wks ago while I was giving Ella a belly rub, I ran across a flea!! I freaked out and gave her a bath. After the bath, I tried looking through her coat, but she would not stay still. Her undercoat is silver, so it's pretty easy to spot the flea. So I thought it was gone...wrong!!
This morning while getting ready for work, I noticed Ella biting her hind legs, I picks her up, looked at her leg and found the flea again. So I ran her to the bathtub and quickly soaked her in it, wetting her head first. As I was washing her, I was waiting to see a floating flea...nothing!! I took her out, dried her off, and did a quick run through to see if the flea was still alive, I didn't see anything! So now I'm paranoid and worried about that one flea!! I don't even know how she acquired it...she hasn't gone anywhere on he grass. Anyone know how to make a natural flea repellent/killer?
