Oh, that Lisa! Thanks, I was confused who that was! I've heard about the African missionary scam related to several types of situations myself but sure sorry your earnest desire to get a real puppy ran into these fake ones - what a waste of time and building hope! When you get back from seeing the puppy, could you share with us whom these louts get reported to for future reference? I didn't know there was anyone who actually had oversight and would actually investigate this kind of early attempted fraud or try to do anything about it.
