A superficial/shallow corneal scratch usually heals quickly, sometimes overnight, but it can take a full week for the eye to be completely normal. The eye drops cause a bit of a burning sensation when they are put in, so that might make her want to scratch.
As Chachi suggested, keep the cone on her.
Also, examine her eyes closely in bright light for any sign of hair that may be poking her eye. I discovered that was the main cause of Max's problems -- hair getting in the eye. It was very difficult to detect because he gets it wrapped into the corner and then up under the lid, but I became an expert at finding it.
