That's good..at least you know she's getting some water.. Can you possibly get a urine sample? IDk..maybe put a paper cup under her teetee when she pees? Sounds crazy but unless you take her in I would think it would be hard to tell if the color is on the clear side and there is no odor. Mine is on pee pads so I would know right away. Their urine and poop sometimes are the 1st indication of a problem. I'm no vet but it's worth checking.
